Requirements Management

Requirements for new IT-systems are usually unclear. What does a company want to achieve with a website, a CRM-system or a business process? The aim is therefore to uncover the real requirements and wishes for the needed IT-solution. Mantaba has an extensive knowledge and proven track record to do just that.

Identified requirements are detailed to make them usable for the IT-staff:

• use cases: these describe how a certain tasks is carried out step-by-step and if certain special conditions or exceptions are applicable.
• datamodel: this describes what information must be recorded and how the relationships are between different entities such as customers and products.
• process flows: these describe how a business process or customer process takes place.
• business rules: these describes the rules that govern a business at a certain moment, for example to verify if the credit rating of a customer is sufficient to make a purchase.
