Change Management, an organization unit of this major bank, wanted to increase the quality level of their projects. Mantaba has contributed to this goal with solid improvement proposals and the execution of a number of pilot projects to implement the new working procedures. The current quality of risk management in the organizational unit was measured with PRISMM, the Project RISk Maturity Model developed by Bart Jutte from Mantaba.

The improvements resulted in a better intake process of new projects, and special project consultation sessions for project managers.
