Risk management at a major insurance company
Fortis ASR is a large player in the Dutch insurance market. Bart Jutte from Mantaba facilitated risk management in a number of their projects using a special project risk assessment method. A number of workshops were held to identify the risks at hand, qualify them and divise effective responses.
